How to Order & Pay

To order from G Warehouse, you can:

  1. Use our Shopping Cart

    Browse through the products in the shop.  Once you've made your selection click the 'Add to Cart' button.  You can go to Shopping Cart (top right of page) at any time to check the contents of your cart or to complete your order. You can add or remove products throughout the shopping process. To complete your order, select the 'checkout' button and follow the steps. We will then ask for your postage and payment details. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.

  2. Phone, Fax, Email or Post your order to:

You can pay for your order by:

  1. Using the Paypal* option inside the shopping cart

  2. Direct Deposit into our CBA account:  Gwarehouse BSB: 062 592  Acc No: 10689785

  3. Using your credit card over the phone

 

Once you have placed your order online, you will be given the choice to pay by any of the above means.  Please note that there may be a delay between the time you order and the date and time your credit card is charged.

* Paypal is a secure payment system, owned by ebay.  We don't get to view your card details, only your delivery and contact details.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • All products remain the property of G Warehouse until they have been paid for in full.

  • All prices are given in Australian dollars including GST.

  • We are not liable to you for any reason arising from the supply of our products or services to you.

  • However, we will replace products found to be defective by the manufacturers or provide a refund if required.

  • All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

Postage & Handling Charges

At Gwarehouse we offer you a flat rate of postage based on how much you spend and where you live.  You can calculate your rate using the chart below or just enter your address into the shopping cart before completing your order and the freight will be calculated for you.

Variations to flat rate Postage & Handling Charges for large/heavy/bulky orders

Please note that large/heavy/bulky orders or those requiring more than one box may incur an additional charge.

  • You will be consulted prior to any additional charges.

  • If you are unsure of your freight costsor would like confirmation, please email or call before completing purchase.

Delivery

Depending on the size and value of your parcel, it will be shipped via Australia Post.  If you would prefer to have your order sent via registered post, you can include instructions in your order and add an extra $2.70 to your postage costs.

Some larger orders may be sent with a courier.  You will have to sign for these orders unless you ask for the order to be left at your door. Please check the condition of your items before receiving/signing for your delivery.  The courier will not take responsibility for the condition of these items once your package has been accepted and receipted for.  This is particularly important if you notice that the packaging appears damaged in any way.

All attempts are made to dispatch orders within 48 hrs of cleared payment.  Remember that there may be a delay between the time you place your order and the time your payment has cleared.

Returns & Exchanges

  • It is up to you to determine the specifications and compatibility of the goods you are ordering to ensure that they are suitable for your requirements

  • We are happy to assist you with product selection but cannot guarantee that the equipment being purchased will work in your system as every situation is unique and we take no responsibility that the product will meet your requirements.

  • We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice and we do not supply products on a trial basis.

  • There will be no returns on damaged, opened, or used merchandise unless defective.

  • Please contact us first before returning any products. If you need to return damaged or faulty goods, you will need to contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.

  • Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the Invoice Date, along with original invoice.

  • Subject to availability, we will dispatch replacement products once we receive the returned product and it has been inspected by the manufacturers.

  • Should you request a refund, it will be made via the original payment method.

  • All freight costs for returns and deliveries of refunds and exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense.

  • If you are returning goods through Australia Post, please keep proof of postage in the event that the goods go missing in transit. Otherwise, if we do not receive the goods we will deem that you have not returned them.
