Safe Plastic Water Bottle

Finally, a safe plastic drinking water bottle. 

Although glass is by far the best container for drinking water, it's not exactly practical to lug around a heavy, breakable bottle to school, sporting events or shopping excursions.

Some types of plastic water bottles should never be used, especially by children or pregnant women.  These are the types of plastic which contain toxic chemicals such as pthalates and bisphenol-A, chemicals known to cause hormone disruption -  early puberty, behavioural problems and reproductive disorders.

This safe drinking water bottle is made from a proprietary blended, semi-transparent, food grade polypropylene, completely free of Bisphenol-A, plasticisers, phthalates and polycarbonates.  Unlike other sports bottles, they can be be filled with hot liquids - soup, tea, coffee - and can even be safely washed in the top shelf of an automatic dishwasher (bottle only, not lid). However, they are not suitable for freezing. Due to the absence of plasticisers, these bottles are more rigid and may crack if filled with water and frozen. DO NOT FREEZE!
